"I ordered 4 plate stove on 24 February till today 11 march I never received any response back from them I\u2019m the one calling every day to complain about the issue but they don\u2019t even give me any better solution now they said they will deliver it on the 14 march I hate this shop I will never buy anything from them"

"We bought the Abby lounge suite online. The advertisement is deceiving. It is extremely uncomfortable, aggravates my lower back problems, it was the wrong colour and we've sent numerous emails in trying to get it returned and refunded. Hificorp made arrangements to pick it up twice and never showed. I'm going to the consumer's right act with this as this lounge suite does not fulfill the purpose it had been bought for originally."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service from Hi Corp. I purchased a bed that was delivered on the 3rd of December, only to find out it was the wrong size. I lodged a complaint on the 4th, received a reference number, and was asked to send pictures, which I did.\r\n\r\nIt\u2019s now the 25th of December, and I am still sitting with the incorrect bed. Despite following up, there has been no resolution. This level of poor service and lack of urgency is unacceptable.\r\n\r\nI expected better from Hi Corp and will think twice before making another purchase. I hope my experience encourages better service for future customers."
