Numerous emails to Hifi corp resulted in no response from anyone. I finally chatted online with an agent with the result that Hifi corp would investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. This is unacceptable and I have asked for a refund. I will NOT be purchasing from them again”

“Went to Hifi corporation menlyn to open an account, the young lady who was assisting me was so kind and patient with me, explaining everything thoroughly,Her manager Tibedi whom refused on assisting
He was very rude and arrogant, I was captured on their system then we then had to wait for they're so called manager Tibedi to find/arrange stock for me for the quotation to be done
It took him full three hours to do such a simple thing
The lady kept on calling him with no valid answer
I for one would not recommend one to go to hifi corporation menlyn course obviously the managers can not even assist customers as they should
And again the attitude he gave to the young lady was not one of the best
And also on me

“Returns is the worst services more especially when you have bought online. Never again will i be buying at HIFI, whether online or just their store. Worst worst worst experience when logging a dissatisfaction about their product.
Bought a bed last week, its just displaying in my bedroom cos i logged complain about the bed so i was advice not to use it. Thinking it would be resolved within a week, mxm kokae, still today no feedback and the bed is still sitting gathering dust in my room.
