Produkt nie dojechał w wyznaczonym terminie, miało to trwać 7 dni a dojechał w 14 . Kontakt e-mailem jest bezsensowny, ponieważ nikt nie odpisuje . Śledzenie paczki również żenujące nic nie było wiadomo tylko napis "paczka w trakcie realizacji " nadodatek produkt dotarł uszkodzony , jestem zła ponieważ nie lubię odsyłać produktów a w tym wypadku jestem zmuszona ponieważ produkt był bardzo drogi . Podsumując nie polecam tej firmy jest mnóstwo innych firm z lepszymi usługami i oczywiście lepszym podejściem do klientów .

What a horrible experience and waste of time, they will take your money knowing they can’t ship, ignored several calls, voicemails, and contact requests on their website and if you get a chance to communicate with someone you might as well not because they won’t follow through whether it be their claim to email or refund you. Finally after 2 months of this I filed a dispute with PayPal over them keeping my money and not shipping the item and instead of them refunding the money like they said they would a month ago, from the wording of PayPal’s response and Hifi-Tower.co.uk actions they were either trying to avoid refunding me altogether or just waiting until even later to do it! I finally received a refund not because of them but because of PayPal. If you want to waste time over 2 months or so to not get the item you want and possibly not even get your money back this would be the perfect place to reccomend!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have made one order on the 15th of July to be shipped to England and 11 days after the item was returned by the delivery company after checked because there was no paperwork. Now I need to wait for the item to be returned to the warehouse and them 7 days more to have the refund in my account.

Placed an order early December for my daughters Christmas present and instead of an amp for the system they delivered a bag vacuum sealer! Now 4 months later nearly and numerous emails later I am still yet to receive the correct item despite returning the incorrect part. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this company is my strong advise

Absolutely appalling service and system flaws. I placed a order over £600 they took payment which left my account instantly. Within the next 5 days I received a email requesting outstanding payment. In the email they quotes if this is a mistake please let us know the reference. In which I replied do you need the PayPal reference or bank reference. A couple of days later I received the same email automated obviously requesting payment. By this time I should have received my products i purchase. I followed up by calling their customer service. The lady I spoke to was struggling with their two system and data bases if you don’t have your customer number to which she also mentioned having a order number isn’t ideal because it would make it more complicated. In which case why bother even having order numbers. While she was struggling she was very re assuring that everything will be fine. I told her to take her time once we found the details I was told i should of received a email my order has been cancelled due to stock and logistic problems. In which I understand but I did not receive this email and questioned weather I will received my refund on time if their system says outstanding payment. Then she got defensive i asked for a reference or email her reply was you was sent it already this morning. I responding no and is it all three items been cancelled in which case why was I still being ask for a payment that has been paid. She repeated the same excuse and mention her and colleague who I do know of have informed me. Which was never case I never received a reply or a response to resolve the situation just automated emails. After we ended this very awkward phone call i suddenly receive this email of cancellations that was suppose to be sent out before. Now I’m still waiting for my refund off £600 with over a week left to Christmas. Totally unacceptable. Worst company to order from do not buy from them online.

The delivery time was very good! But once putting the unit together noticed we are missing a locking ring in order to stand the beer tap, after several emails with no reply I managed to speak to someone on live chat who explained it would take up to a week for the warehouse not to send out the missing part but only to let them know if they had the part or not!! so I asked could I get the exact name and size etc of the part so I could try and find one locally and they said it would take up to TEN working days to get that information... I made sure to order this so it would be here in time for Xmas but now is no use to me whatsoever until I get information and receive the parts! Yes they have apologised but that is no use to me. after spending over €700 on this unit I expected more from this company..I’m so disappointed

I purchased a under cabinet kitchen radio it lasted a few months before it stopped working.Trying to get in touch with them is impossible The customer service phone is not working. They ignore emails. Steer clear of their products.

The outdoor electric heater I bought fir my elderly parents so that they could meet with people outside during this pandemic arrived broken.....the glass element was shattered. I have phoned several times remaining on the line for 10 mons each time & got no reply. I have emailed them twice, again No Reply. I won’t let this go and will be talking to my solicitor next week. Shocking!

Ordered and received an outdoor heater. When I opened the package the heating element was broken and of no use. Have tried ringing ( no answer) numerous times. Have emailed and got no reply. Would definitely not recommend anybody buying off this company. To have such non-existence customer service in 2020 is shocking.!!

Legal Action taken for a refund Legal Action taken for a refund , Court Judgment obtained - Enforcement action now instructed UK & Germany, their assets will be seized , what a bunch of Cowboys AVOID- please don’t be fooled. Plus they try and TAKE down reviews like this

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a WHITE Bluetooth speaker. I triple checked my order before confirming payment. The product took 2 weeks to arrive (understandable due to pandemic) and they sent me a BLACK one. I deliberately ordered the white one to match the colour scheme in the room I planned to pit the stereo. When I informed the complaints department, they just told me that it was an error on MY part. I never do these negative reviews, but this was just too outrageous not to comment. Go elsewhere for better customer service.

Please don't risk ordering with this company. Ordered an item 22/4/20 - Expected a delay due to the Covid 19 working restrictions so waited two weeks for a dispatch confirmation and delivery estimation before chasing. I'm notified on 18/5/20 that the item was out of stock at time of order - I'm yet to receive a refund or apology for the wasted time waiting for item. (I could have ordered and received said item from elsewhere had HiFi advised at the time they could not complete the order - or updated and refunded me in a more timely fashion.)

they just take you re money and then don't send and if items say there in stock when u order no no no no u would be mistaken they are not in stock u will soon find out beware.

Received damaged goods. Lots of wasted time and inconvenience caused by repackaging 18 KG item and transporting to a post office. Refund is taking a long time

I ordered a wine cooler on July 3rd , have spoken / communicate by email to 7 different customer service people NONE of whom speak to each other it seems. One acknowledged that they received my payment via bank transfer as I could not pay by credit card and told me on Aug 14 that my order would be with me in 24 hrs. It’s now Nov 6 th and it still hasn’t arrived or been sorted despite having sent them a screen shot of the payment from my bank account..DO NOT USE THEM ! Four(4) months later I am still have no Wine Cooler or refund APPALLING SERVICE,,

Terrible service. I bought 2 floor standing speakers on auna website. Almost 3 weeks and 15 phone calls to them, still cant sort things out with them. After around 10 days and 5 phone calls (as they lost my order, somehow) I received one speaker, damaged in transit. Second arrived the next day. I called them around 10 times now, to arrange replacement, nobody sims to be interested at all. So, £181 paid 3 weeks ago and I have 1 working speaker. Very unprofessional approach to customers

purchased (or a least tried to - it never arrived) a dog barking collars. When it hadn't arrived I emailed them, they apologised saying due to no postcode the item didn't ship! A. Ireland don't have postcodes and B. It would have been nice to have been informed of this. Anyway they offered a 10 euro refund for the inconvenience and said my item would dispatch the next day! 2 weeks later still no item so I emailed them again - very rude responses saying it was ups fault and my fault for not giving a postcode - at this stage felt like I was talking to a wall as this had already been clarified or so I thought 2 weeks previous. I replied saying I wanted a refuns at this stage and would take my business elsewhere. To this I got a reply that it was my fault and they didn't even have to give me the 10 euro they refunded me earlier as it wasn't their fault! Wow amazing customer service. I then asked to speak to a supervisor to which I got a reply that they could send me on the item as soon as ups sent it back to them! Talk about not being listened to. I just wanted to let people know that if you deal with this company and anything goes wrong they're not going to be in any helpful or friendly so just beware
