“Buy from more reputable seedbank this one will take you money and you wont get your seeds
People please start getting your seeds from more reputable seedbanks, read their reviews dont buy just because seeds are cheaper. Bunch of people aren’t recieving what they ordered

“I ordered seeds in April 2020,they said they were shipped. Sent email after email telling them I haven't received anything. They said they shipped my order 3 times and still I have nothing to show for it. What a bunch of dishonest jokers ripping people off. They claim they do not refund if you never receive your order. “Horrible service and lying. First order 2 of 5 mixed bag seeds sprouted. Second order of Nebula and Big Bud with 10 total seeds only 6 sprouted. High Supplies has spent 6 months claiming COVID caused it to be locked in a warehouse, but yet my Nebula and Big bud order was almost a month after that warehouse lock claim. They arrived just fine and on his site you can still see people making purchases and high supplies filling orders. This place is a scam. To beat all it is now flowering season and these plants that did sprout don't even look like their claimed strain. Pictures include order# dates and conversation with dates proving everything. AVOID!”

After 2 months they sent another package, but yet nothing has come.
They always say it is guaranteed, but nothing can be done anyways if they just never send anything?
There are no refunds FYI you are just without the money you sent?

“There was an issue with the order. I almost did not bother contacting High Supplies because of all the poor reviews I subsequently read about them. I ended up contacting High Supplies, they were responsive and quickly took care of the issue.”
“Took 50 days for seeds to arrive (shipping delay from Europe to US is not their fault, but I will use a US supplier next time). Main reason I am unhappy is one of the seeds was completely crushed and another cracked.”
“Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered in April, emailed the support email in May, was told slow delivery due to Covid and to please wait ten more days. Understandable, waited ten days then emailed again. Was told orders from March were just arriving. Waited a month, emailed and was told they reshipped it. Waited a month, neither shipment arrived. Emailed, was given the exact (same punctuation errors) same copy pasted message saying wait ten day, asked for invoice proof it was coming, customer service said “ we guarantee it’s coming”. I stated I need proof it has shipping or I request a refund. They said no refund until they get the returned order. I type out a paragraph basically saying meet me half way as I’m the only one trying to solve this. Response was “wait 15 day”. Absolutely ridiculous. I saved all the emails. Over 3 1/2 months later, and still nothing.”
