“Ripped me off. Been 3 months and still nothing. Have requested a refund but they send the same generic reply that the order will arrive soon and that Covid is causing delays. Have ordered from 3 other European seed banks since I ordered from them and all were delivered in less than 3 weeks. Also all emailed a tracking reference which this company refuses to do. Save your money and shop elsewhere!”
“Never received my order, been over 3 months. Continuous e-mails back and forth with no whereabouts of my order or a refund. Do not use this company especially if you're having shipped to the United States. There was never a delivery, worst customer service ever, no returns or refunds from my experience. You get nothing for your money essentially.”

“So far one star. Ordered seeds April 30, 2020 and have not received. I see others that said they got their seeds in three day. The charge on my card was to something that said Jumbo Shorts. Not feeling any warm fuzzies here. When I contacted them, they do not provide tracking numbers, and could not provide any estimate of arrival other that things delayed by Corona virus.”
“My friends and I have been using highsupplies.com since 2014 with around 20 separate orders totaling around 250 seeds. All deliveries received by the specified date or earlier. In six years three seeds failed to germinate, we didn't ask for a refund as this is quite reasonable, although other customers I know have received replacements after filling out a questionnaire. All orders were complete, well protected, and discreet. Once they even over delivered, sending out the same order twice, my friend checked and they only charged her once.”
