“Quite possibly one of my worst e-commerce experiences. Product arrived later than claimed. I reached out to the company to cancel and return the product and they have not responded to my emails nor voice message. Product is just sitting here, not being used. Would not recommend.”

We are so sorry for the delays and less than optimal communication. The manufacturer had delays in product availability they did not tell us about, which kept us from being able to update the site. We have had some system issues, losing emails / voicemails, etc as well as personnel issues, all of which have either been corrected or are being corrected as we speak. What can we do to help?
