“My product arrived 10 days after the delivery date I was told it would be. I know they are busy but the box was damaged and damp too so the product itself was also slightly damaged. Your customer services team was extremely helpful and quick to reply so thank to to them. I think you should include extra protection in the wrapping for such an expensive item. I like the product itself but it is disappointing overall, even allowing for the business of the season, as it is a Christmas present for someone special.”

“Had it not been for the fact that one was unable to add hyphens to a name on your online order form(my wife has two in hers!) I would have been very happy with this product and probably would have given you five stars. However on being promised hyphens would be added as a ‘one off’ I was most disappointed when the book arrived still with no hyphens. Please can you rectify your software.”

“The present was bought for Dennis wood who is my husbands dad he is very hard to buy for & the book was bought for his 80th birthday & the book is very good quality everything was fabulous which made our day & even though we bought on line & you cannot see it & think it maybe not worth the money it is I can definitely say it is .one happy dad .a lot of history of his favourite team .”

“Very poor Customer Service None delivery of the item. When asked for assistance in trying to locate the parcel I was told to sort it myself, despite the Post Office directing me to their website which specifically states the sender is responsible for contacting the PO about lost parcels. This book is a present for a friend currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy and was intended to cheer them up. All it has done is add extra stress to an already stressful situation. Very disappointed in the lack of help from this company. I'm sure they would be brilliant if everything goes according to plan, but they are not equipped to deal with anything out of the ordinary. The person on the other end of the email seems incapable of thinking outside the box; they have a script to work to and are sticking with that. There is no human contact or feelings involved. Such a shame in this day and age when businesses really should value the customer. Thanks for nothing! Added 22.12.20 - Full refund and apology received - thank you.”
