Usually very nice clothes but the returns procedure is difficult. A pity that there are so few shops now.

The top is up to your usual high standard. It is a pity your delivery service isn't up to the same standards. I order next day delivery to come on Tuesday, my parcel arrived on Thursday. This isn't the first time this has happened and isn't good enough.

I spent my birthday money on these as I dont normally treat myself to something so pricey. But wanted a lovely pair of shorts for posh outings. Unfortunately after one wear and wash these have lost there shape and become very baggy on me. Due to your policy I am unable to return these due to wearing them. I dont often treat myself to such luxury but thought with the price they were, they would live up to the standard I expected. Very disheartened. When I tried them on in the shop they fit lovely. But shouldn't be such a difference after one wear and wash.

I have 8 or 9 Carly dresses which I love but this one was very creased when it arrived and is full of static . I had to iron it to look wearable. Very disappointed and not sure I’ll ever be able to wear it

I’m sure this dress is lovely but sadly because Hobbs will insist on using EVRI I never received my order. Customer service dealt with the issue very well but I still don’t get my order and as long as EVRI are used I won’t order again. Very sad as I love the products but can’t get to a store.

I have a Blake linen jacket with one button , hoped this jacket would be more or less the same in a different colour .But it had 2 buttons and much longer and looked like a mans suit jacket!

Extremely disappointed in my overall experience with Hobbs on this occasion. The dress was bundled into a small bag, buttons opened and very creased. It did not look like a new dress. I had to send the dress to be pressed to try and remove the creases as it was ordered for a family occasion and I paid the extra charge for express postage to receive it on time. It’s a very wide fitting dress, with side pockets. I have bought many items from Hobbs and have been pleased with my purchases in the past. For this reason I felt like it was a safe purchase but it was not. I would describe the dress as quite baggy in style.

I was really disappointed that the price of the return wasn’t more transparent before I bought - 20 euros return fee from Portugal; compared to other outlets I thought this was pretty steep.

Items are poorly packed and very creased when delivered.Items of this cost should be sent out on hangers to minimise creasing.P+P is too high.

I feel that Hobbs is not the label it used to be. Sizing is off. Quality is inconsistent. Items arrived 'shoved' into the delivery bag, full of creases which would require professional steaming to allow them to be worn. I have returned so many items this season that I hesitate to order anything from 5his label.
