The staff in my local store in Tunbridge wells are standoffish and come over as rude. They don’t offer to help unless they think you are their “type”. As a result I’ve stopped going there. I liked the dress though and needed ones for an event. So I used them. I won’t be back as nothing has changed. I asked to try it on as I’d ordered online. They sighed, then said they’d have to find a hanger. Then put it in a changing room and didn’t even tell me!!

I didn't like the feel of the material. I am petite and it reaches me at my ankle. Why are the petite dresses so long? I returned it.

Never received. Why would any self-respecting business use Evri as their courier is beyond me. Very disappointed by this, though the customer service refunded me very quickly.

Sadly the beautful dress puckered as apparently occasional 'bad' product sent picture and return agreed end April still not reimbursed or had dress returned. I want to repurchase but stock running low.

Clothes do not fit unless you try them on. But Hobbs are closing their High Street stores locally, so you cannot try them on. The last order proved that mail order does not work. just had to be returned

I love the soft pink and blue colours of these pretty shoes to match Hobbs' dresses and jackets. However, there is no buckle to hold the shoe to my foot as I walk. Others may find the elasticated strap sufficient to hold the shoe in place, but I found the strap constantly slipped off my heel and impossible to walk in. Sadly, therefore, I must return these lovely Serena slingback shoes.

I love Hobbs clothing. Classic, charming and high quality. I am mystified by the sizing used for their US mail order market. It irks me when I pay for shipping both ways ($28) because Hobbs cannot figure out fit and size.

My purchase from Hobbs wasnt correct due to the size of the dress being labeled the wrong size, I ordered a size 8 and a size 18 was sent instead, the Carley dress label which is stiched in said size 18 & the card label said size 8, (manufacturing labelling mistake) I tried contacting Hobbs twice about this issue only to be sent a automated emails which requested me to return the item and to write a note on the retruns form about any issues. I had a refund for only the dress but no refund for the delivery cost i paid, I wrote on the returns form if i could also have a delivery cost refund, as the service hadent been fulfilled by Hobbs due to the sizing label issues, which wasnt my fault.
