The online delivery process was great - incredibly fast, but the returns process was extremely slow. I had to wait a full 14 working days before I could contact them to query why I hadn’t been refunded. As if by magic, one item out of the parcel of two was refunded. Had to contact again and was told the other item would be refunded asap, but still no refund! Clothes are wonderful, but the returns service needs significant improvement.

I ordered the Yasmin cardigan and vest top but unfortunately neither item arrived - they were lost by the delivery company. I received a refund as neither item was available in my size - I’m really disappointed!

The standard delivery was slow as was delivery to store. (Ordered 3 x coats different sizes at different times & different delivery options.) No updates as to despatch or tracking. Expect better when paying P&P. Next day delivery did arrive next day. Not sure which order this review is for.

I have sent the dress back but haven't had a refund yet . I sent it back 10 days ago now , and realise the website states it can take up to 14 days to receive a refund . It has been 10 days since I returned the dress , if only they could at least let me know by email that they have received the dress back for peace of mind , it would help .

I bought this dress for a wedding I will be attending in 3 weeks, when it arrived it had a tear around one of the buttons, I contacted Hobbs via email but have heard nothing back. Update, they hot back and offered me a 15% discount and suggested I return the damaged dress, I went back onto their website to reorder and the dress had gone up in price so even with the discount I would of ended up paying more !!! I got back in touch with Hobbs to see if th ed y would honour the original price, they haven’t got back to me but in the meantime the dress is sold out, I now have to decide if I’m going to try and stitch it

Speedy delivery, however the petite size 16 arrived without the tie belt. Disappointing, however I have returned it anyway as it was too big and am now considering the size 14.

Ordered a dress, boxed very damaged and could see £350 dress hanging out tissue paper inside -ordered this bag looked like it got fingerprints on and was very squashed -shoes that I ordered, one fit lovely, one was sewn tight -not very happy but got a full refund on all three items, and shop staff at Lincoln was very helpful and lovely.

Appalling customer service Attempted several times to speak to an actual person about my missing order. The Live Chat does not work Phone lines are not open at the advertised times Hobbs held £200 of my money for 2 weeks & never once did a Hobbs employee speak to me or provide an explanation

I had to return my purchase..a very light small parcel but was charged 22 57 shipping which is exorbitant .Last time I returned a similar parcel through the post office it cost far less!

I like a lot of dresses in Hobbs but I don’t understand the sizes . I wear 14/16 in all clothes but Hobbs dresses I have to have 18 , also the length is so long

Very disappointed that items bought online cannot be returned to Hobbs stores in Dublin, Ireland. When i contacted to complain - Hobbs very kindly said they woud send me a free postage label for this return. But going forward it means it is risky to order items online in case they do not fit/suit!

Love the jacket but it arrived really creased which was disappointing and not what I expected from Hobbs. It wasn’t cheap and I couldn’t have worn it in the condition it was sent to me.
