“I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. The evening dress I received was clearly already worn and covered in multiple stains, which is completely unacceptable for a new item. Additionally, dealing with customer service has been extremely frustrating—getting a replacement or refund has proven unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.”
