I ordered a size 5 Little bit big. With a few scuffs on the toes. Looks like they have been tried on by some one else. May keep them not sure

Very disappointed with the on line option .. went to purchase these trainers which allowed to go through the whole process and then to be advised that they were not available and I was refunded the amount paid.

The shoes are very narrow and the sole looked worn out like they had already been used ! Disappointed as I had liked them for my garden party

I usually wear a US size 6 and couldn't even get these jeans on. Then I had to pay $20 to return them. Not a happy customer!

Evri deliveries not the best. Disappointed store in Dorchester is going to be an outlet and no longer sells shoes, not many places in Dorchester to buy footwear now.

Ordered the size 12 in this coat but it was too big. Have returned it and was too late to order the size 10z Quality of coat was good but wouldn’t have bought it at full price.

I know I'm short 5'1" - but this petite skirt was ankle length on me. The fashion maybe for extra long clothes, fine if your 6ft tall. Why can't your and other companies sell clothes for all sizes of women. I don't mean mini skirts, I wore them in the 60s . Why can't manufacturers make elegant just below the knee type dresses/skirts. Am I asking for the moon.

The online delivery process was great - incredibly fast, but the returns process was extremely slow. I had to wait a full 14 working days before I could contact them to query why I hadn’t been refunded. As if by magic, one item out of the parcel of two was refunded. Had to contact again and was told the other item would be refunded asap, but still no refund! Clothes are wonderful, but the returns service needs significant improvement.

I ordered the Yasmin cardigan and vest top but unfortunately neither item arrived - they were lost by the delivery company. I received a refund as neither item was available in my size - I’m really disappointed!

The standard delivery was slow as was delivery to store. (Ordered 3 x coats different sizes at different times & different delivery options.) No updates as to despatch or tracking. Expect better when paying P&P. Next day delivery did arrive next day. Not sure which order this review is for.

I have sent the dress back but haven't had a refund yet . I sent it back 10 days ago now , and realise the website states it can take up to 14 days to receive a refund . It has been 10 days since I returned the dress , if only they could at least let me know by email that they have received the dress back for peace of mind , it would help .
