Sadly, Hobbs use Evri for delivery of online orders and the parcel was not delivered to me but was left dumped in a local street, with a false 'delivered' notification sent by email. I only received it through sheer luck - a passer-by posted a picture of it on social media that my friend happened to see and tell me about. I would recommend this coat strongly but I would equally strongly advise against online orders until a different, more reliable delivery service are used. Evri's well known very poor reliability and service do not reflect well on Hobbs' reputation for quality clothing. I have attempted to bring the above to the attention of Hobbs' customer service but have had no response.

I love the brand, the colors, the fit and the quality, but I had always bought when I travelled to London. This was the first time buying online and I never got an explanation why my order was cancelled. I also couln’t find a clear way to communicate with the brand to ask why (if it was because this coat was terminated, I could have ordered another model, but I decided not to try online again)

When I ordered my scarf , I asked for it to be in a gift box with a message, I was really disappointed when the scarf turned up in a massive box, no message, not as special as I would have hoped. I contacted the company, and all I got was we will respond, that never happened

Very disappointed. This cardigan was originally £59 then reduced to £45 and now it is £35. Why so many reductions ? As a valued Hobbs shopper I was annoyed at this price drop . Just wondering is the material of good quality..

Order arrived very quickly, however to return 1 item is very penal, costing in the region of €20/€22. Return conditions changed after order was made No option to return at a store. Most disappointing. Unlikely to order online again and maybe not even shop in store again.

Reluctant to use Hobbs again due to difficulty in accessing Customer Service. The website is sophisticated and the clothing stylish. However, the lack of contact for Customer Service via telephone is shocking. The local store now doesn’t even have a telephone contact number. Since my jumper was missing from my order, I thought of calling the local Hobbs store to see if they had a Greta jumper in stock but there was no obvious way to contact them either. Email contact to Hobbs customer service was never replied to. AI bot on live chat - not impressed. On first contacting live chat about missing jumper was advised Hobbs would chase it up and email me - this never happened. In a previous live chat, Hobbs implied DX never collected the parcel. While in a live chat with DX they implied Hobbs had never dispatched it. I only managed to achieve a resolution due to accessing live chat as soon as it opened. Jainey was very helpful. I decided on a refund as a consequence of the tracking number mysteriously disappearing and because it made sense whilst I was actually communicating with someone from Hobbs. Surprisingly, Evri delivered the other part of my order promptly. The point is, Hobbs customer service seems designed to put customers off from contacting you. It’s an entirely rubbish service which created a frustrating and negative consumer experience. Your poor choice in courier company and distinct lack of contact options seems a counter-productive way to run a business and ultimately, you will lose customers.

I am very disappointed at Hbbs as I needed the dress urgently and I ordered and pay for a next day delivery but unfortunately it wasn't delivered next day and I called customer service but nobody picked it up.

Great brand. Unfortunately they use Evri to deliver. A £200 coat left outside in the rain where it could have been damaged or stolen. I was at home at the time but it was just left outside
