“The hat was sent back to Hobbs from the depot I spoke to Hobbs who said that they would refund and give me free next day delivery I had the refund but no free delivery code”

“Nice material and trousers but..... I am 5' 8" tall and the trousers are 6" too long. I like the trousers and the material - but object to having to have them taken up. An added cost to an already pricey trouser. But I did it because I like them. This applies to both the beige and navy trousers of the same name. They are not true to size as the beige trousers I went down one size and the nave two sizes. Boosts your confidence but hey that is not right. I even tried on the petite trousers for length = far too short. There needs to be more true sizes and realistic length.....these trousers are ridiculously too long. Come on Hobbs and others (as you are not alone) sell the right sizes and offer appropriate length. Bring back trousers that are smart and not WIDE as everything seems to be these days.”

“Hobbs quickly supplied the fascinator after my order but sent the wrong one , after paying extra for the next day delivery of the right fascinator it took five days to arrive , partly due to the delivery company not sending it on as fast as possible .”

“The Edinburgh store has really helpful staff who go the extra mile. The Glasgow store did not acknowledge that I was even in the store. Ordering on line was fine but my dress took too long to arrive and I don't rate Evri for delivery.”

“Since the Oxford shop moved to smaller premises in the basement of a new shopping centre I rarely go there, as I prefer shopping on the high street and have switched to jigsaw who remain there. I only visited to do click and collect rather than paying for delivery”
