Hobbs clothing is usually lovely quality and good designs. I love that they offer petite styles. Fast delivery, easy returns. 3 items delivered by 3 different couriers on 3 separate days was a bit annoying though for 1 order!

The trousers are of great quality but VERY long for 5' 1" me and it has cost me £35 to have them altered to fit. Such a shame Hobbs didn't do petite size. I chose the trousers and matching top for travel which I'm sure will be comfortable.

Tried on in Covent Garden store where the staff were nothing short of horrible, I honestly have never been made to feel so uncomfortable, they treated me like I was a thief. Didn’t buy in store as I didn’t want those staff to benefit in any way from my money, so ordered online and collected in Southampton where the experience couldn’t have been more different, Hobbs should cherish the staff in that store

Stores live up to the brand image but packaging and delivery do not . Dress was packed too tightly, packet arrived squashed and a hole torn in it.

I never got the dress as yodel lost it in transit , Have ordered a jumpsuit we will see if yodel can deliver that !

Shoes arrived quick but were defective. Good size etc but had to return and order replacement. Hobbs gave me free return label as the shoes were damaged however they wouldn't refund delivery for the second pair. Essentially had to pay delivery fee twice even though it wasn't my fault the first pair had to be returned.

Absolutely love the design of these shose and the size of the heels. Unfortunately they are not comfortable/feel very hard (so I felt I'd suffer if I tried to wear them). This is really unfortunate.
