Paid for next day delivery but it took two days to arrive by courier evri, who left my dress in my back garden in the pouring rain without even trying to knock on my door despite being given nstructions to leave in the front porch. The only reason my parcel was not ruined is that I saw their van and went out to investigate. Will think twice before ordering on line again even though I love Hobbs clothes.

The clothing is very good quality. However, I ordered a coat in my normal Hobbs size and it was too big. I returned it. It was delivered to Hobbs 8 days ago and ive heard nothing. I went on to contact but apparently I have to wait 14 working days before I can chase the refund! All other companies I deal with online at least acknowledge and are much better at handling refunds. Will make me think twice about ordering again.

Nothing wrong with product. It is very good . Unfortunately the delivery is not good.We live in a rural area and we need people to deliver who know the area because we have no street names and no street lighting. I am afraid Evri's service is very poor when they rely on temporary couriers who do not know the area and the some of the time slots are allocated when it is dark and finding properties is very difficult. I believe that Hobbs being a firm promoting luxury should use a more professional courier service.

I have received clothes from Hobbs in the past and have been delighted with them. I have not received the skirt! I received a notification from you this morning that my purchase money is going to be refunded.

Always a good service, although Hobbs now seem to cater for the taller women, which leaves a 5'4" woman needing to have alterations.

Ordered online but didn’t receive any delivery update until I contacted Hobbs through chat, that’s below expectation. Then when I received the coat it was just wrapped with one Hobbs branded tiny paper without hanger, no plastic wrap and that’s it inside a non-waterproof paper bag! Could u imagine that’s how an expensive wool coat be wrapped and delivered? Not for me! I am disappointed with the packing. Seems like I have ordered an £10 item!

Hobbs delivery of thsi order was chaotic. four items in four packages from twocouriers on three days. Evri just chucking parcels in the doorstep and leaving them without evening ringing a doorbell,
