I would purchase from store and not online in the future, as linen jacket came in a plastic bag and was more like a screwed up tea towel. Not the presentation expected from Hobbs. Other quality brands would have packaged in a box for delivery online!

The dress was OK quality wise, but the sleeves looked ridiculous on me. Far too big and not in proportion to the rest of the dress and its style. They were much more pronounced than the photo on the website. For this reason, I returned it.

Purchased tgus dress 18th May it is nie 31st May and I still don't have it, also a complete lack of communication on it

Delivery was fine. The skirt was too long for a petite skirt. Was disappointed with this it came down to mid calf.

I ordered the dress on the basis of a 15% discount on my first purchase - at check out this was not reduced by 15% - and so I lost out

Sent wrong size of jacket 16 instead of 18 - I know I want to show that at nearly 80 I am young at heart so the jacket was just the thing for my trip to Norway. Kept the size 16 because I’d already returned some goods and didn’t have the energy to pack it up first return. Email saying my order ( already received) was on its way. Luckily it wasn’t. So my view of Hobbs administration efficiency is not good

From the picture i could not see the gathering at the waist. The picture was deceptive , whch made the dress very clingy. It was a very nice colour and material. Sorry not for me.

Absolutely loved the quality of the dress - but unfortunately their delivery company is absolutely rubbish - paid extra for next day delivery and didnt come for three days after due date Not Hobbs fault I know, but John Lewis managed to get the same dress for me next day ! Hobbs were absolutely brilliant and prompt in replying to emails and confirming receipt of returned dress, so its such a shame their delivery service cannot be backed up with the same service.

The shoes are absolutley gorgeous and I would have had them in a heartbeat except they were uncomfortable to walk in. Sadly they had to go back.

I've been a customer for many years but these days I'm often disappointed at obvious cost cutting and synthetic fabrics. Sizing can be very irregular.
