“Stephen was very helpful completing my booking following my call to clarify the details of the room option online. He even called the hotel in Albifuria to confirm that the indoor pool would be open for my holiday in November.”

“Am very impressed with the booking process and service received so far. I was recommended to Holiday Gems by a friend, we both used to work in travel and I have to admit hadn’t heard of the company before. Fab combination of being able to source and book the holiday myself but then a lovely friendly, helpful follow up call from Finn Gresty from Travel Gems, confirming all the details and offering help with anything else! What a fab service!!!!”

“First time using holidaygems and certainly wont be the last. The representative lady geraldine was lovely, polite and professional, helped me through the booking process and called back with confirmation. The service was very good and i definitely recommend. Thank you so much!”

We regret any issues caused. However, we have checked the online booking and the deposit option was not chosen at the time of submission. This was auto booked online and the system debited the payment type as per the instructions received. If you would prefer the deposit option, please email our customer service team who will be able to arrange a refund for you and advise re payment options, going forward

“This is for Finn - I am Only dealing with Finn, sure all the staff members from HG are fantastic , but Finn is one who are very professional , fast to act if there is anything needed to be adjusted or cancelled . She know best places , great recommendations on hotels and beaches . Finn thank you ! Kristine”

“I have already left a very positive review regarding my booking experience with FINNG but HolidayGems customer after sales team leaves much to be desired. I rang the HolidayGems after sales team yesterday regarding an a minor issue, only to be told I had to speak to the advisor I booked with. Not very happy, Aftersales team= 👎👎👎👎👎 FINNG=👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 This review is based on my experience with the aftersales team and not FINNG, the booking agent”
