“Booked online and then was told after the initial booking was made that the price had gone up and there was no way of cancelling the booking or I would lose my money!!! Joke!”

We do regret that the online system was not clear but was explained by our agent at the time of confirmation. Sudden fluctuations in availability and costs may impact on the final holiday cost when confirmed. Once again we do apologise and trust that despite the issues raised you are enjoying your holiday.

“Just recently booked a holiday with this company and from start to finish I found them to be extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. I had never heard of holiday gems it was a friend who told me about them but I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to others in the future”

“Holiday gems is bad as you can’t contact anyone over the weekend”

We do regret that you feel that you are unable to contact our office. Our sales office is open every weekend and on bank holidays with few exceptions. Our agents will always do all possible to assist and arrange a Customer Service call back if necessary. Additionally, we also have a 24/7 emergency number, included on your documents for any urgent matters, especially for in resorts and travel within 7 days.
