“Easy to use online. The hotel hadn't updated the availability on their website so the price increased slightly but that not a fault of holiday gems. Richard was very helpful on the phone sorting this our znd booking our flight seats”

“Once booked everything was great. The run up was shocking. Prices kept changing whole of the holiday had gone up in the process of the holiday being processed, then flights going up the day before going away, altho the staff did honer the original price. No one knowing what was going on, lack of communication...”

We have had feedback from our sales team that there had been movement on the availability on the flight which affected the costs. However, with authority, our agent was able to ensure that we honoured the package cost and we do regret any inconvenience. We would advise that the process is clarified in the Terms and Conditions. We are sure, however, that you will have an amazing holiday !
