“Having been let down for a holiday booking with another company, HolidayGems really came through. Swift and efficient confirming the booking within hours, unlike a week with a competitor only to be told it wasn't available afterall! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks. . Especially to Sam who was assigned to administer the booking.”

“Booking was straight forward, got what I wanted in the package. Unfortunately, the price had increased by the time I got a call back to confirm my booking. However, Sam managed to get it back to the original price. Well impressed by her customer service and her kindness. Looking forward to my holiday.”
