“Martin called me to confirm a refund for my booking I had made the previous evening after being called this morning by Mark to say the outbound flight was no longer available. Martin questioned me on the reason for cancelling it soon became apparent that he was able to make enquiries to ensure we could still get away. After a few short calls back & forth our original plans were back in place I can't thank Martin enough for all his help. After being very disappointed that our plans were in jeopardy my friend is certainly a very happy lady indeed after a turbulent few months this break is just what she needs. So thank you again Martin for making it possible.”

“Spoke to Martin on the phone who was extremely helpful with booking my holiday abroad, not only have holiday gems got the best/cheapest deals for hotels and flights and everything else, they also go the extra mile for working out what’s best to suit your needs Amazing customer service and a great experience booking my holiday through holiday gems will be back for my next holiday thanks to Martin”

“I had a great holiday booking experience with Sam. She was happy go lucky and made sure I understood everything. I rang her more than once and she still delivered professionalism under those circumstances. You can't be too careful these days and at least with Sam I felt comfortable and assured that things were in place. She even asked me to go through all the literature and call back if there are any issues. I feel I have harassed her enough and will send an email if I have any additional concerns. Thanks Sam.”

“Having booked online I was informed a day later that hotel was not available. This is reason for loss of one star. I was busy in the pub when Sam called and called back next day. Sam was efficient and sorted another hotel of my choice. She answered my questions and queries in a friendly manner and was not in a rush to sort out my deal and terminate the call. Good service after a worrying start. Would use Holiday Gem again.”

“After days of searching for last minute holiday, and comparing sites, going round in circles and painfully watching the prices go up, holiday gems popped up on my screen off the back of comparison site, and finally I found and booked our holiday with ease! Customer relations contacted me and Sam was lovely! She helped me promptly and kindly and 5 minutes later the Confirmation email arrived, all that's left I'd yo pack and get there! Thanks sam”
