“I booked my holiday with a lovely rep called Geraldine. She got me the perfect deal for Benidorm for next April 2022...her computer crashed midway but she assured me she would finish my booking and call me back. Which she did. So happy with my experience that i will be booking a second holiday with Holiday gems 🙂”
