“HolidayGems found me a good deal and the transaction went smoothly with no hiccups. Later, I spoke to a member of staff, Kathleen, who was warm and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient- absolutely lovely and a real ‘Gem’! “So this is I think the 4th time I have used Holiday Gems and and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. We booked this time on Sunday night very last minute to leave on Monday and I was deal with by Finn,who was lovely. She sorted everything out on the phone and even checked me in for my flights. Thanks again.”

“Follow up call from staff regarding cancellation of my holiday and reassurance that full refund will be made after flight company cancelled my flight .Staff are interested and customer service excellent wouldn’t hesitate to book again with this company very soon .”
