“Just recently booked a holiday with this company and from start to finish I found them to be extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. I had never heard of holiday gems it was a friend who told me about them but I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to others in the future”

“Excellent prices and good service. Prompt response to my booking. The only gripe I have is the phone number. I understand that it can cost up to 40 pence a minute to call it. Cheers Gordon”

Thank you for your positive comments and feedback, Gordon. The call costs are, as per our website, 13p per minute plus your own network charges. We would recommend that you contact your network to clarify their charges in this regard which do seem excessive.
