“I received excellent service from your advisor Stephen Jones. He offered a first class level of service, very thorough with a keen eye for detail. I actually had found the same holiday slightly cheaper, only 30 quid, but because of the quality service he provided I decided that personal touch was worth booking with Holiday Gems.”

“My previous review of no contact was all my fault as I missed the email, got a call from a nice gentleman who told me the exact time and date and sure enough I found the email, got great communication from them totally my fault, would be happy to use them again anytime”
