“Sam was very helpful and polite with all aspects of making sure are holiday booking went through without a hitch. We had one problem which sam sorted straight away with no hassel which put are minds at rest. Lovely customer service agent.”

“I had my concerns regarding the availability of a flight and had researched various travel companies including EasyJet direct - I call Gems rather than book on line to be reassured the flight details were correct. Stuart was extremely thorough and went through the booking step by step - excellent service!”
