Paid for holiday quotes online, had to pay a further £220 for flights, 2 weeks later price still Incorrect on website, changed but still around the same price as what I paid before I had to pay more. You lure people in to purchase by putting fake prices on your website, this must be illegal

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. We do endeavour to make the process as transparent as possible and regret that you have found otherwise.

Great holiday transfers bang on Tui though we’re great until our return flight got cancelled .. no problem with the flight being cancelled it happens but the lack of info from Tui was shocking leaving us all in limbo

I saved a few £s compared to some other holiday companies but I have to say there are a lot of ways they claw the money back. Eg to pay a low balance, then an additional balance in a few weeks then the final balance you end up paying £13.50 in transaction charges. Credit card charges by the back door.

The low deposit process is clearly stated on the website and by our sales team during any telephone conversation. You will appreciate that any deferred payment agreement incurs extra administration attention and therefore costs. We do not charge any fees for credit card payments.

This is the first time we have used holiday Gems and couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Nathan. He was very helpful and informative, we couldn't have asked for better and would highly recommend him.

I received a rude email on the day my balance was due. Detailed below, with no further reply. To whom it may concern, Please consider the tone of your emails. My payment was not overdue, and there had been no previous correspondence. Your emails are your only customer interface, reading below I found your dealings to be rude and disrespectful. If your company were a high street store and someone had spoken to me like that I would have walked out. I have paid my balance, due today. Easiest holiday I’ve ever booked , great customer service from Nathan, went out of his way to help make booking as easy as possible. If anyone wants a good experience booking a holiday then Nathan is man to see. Can’t recommend him enough
