Booked a family holiday online to lanzarote for a week was phoned the next morning from nathan that the holiday had went up 29 pounds a person due to the flight seats going up when they went to book it I accepted that as nathan said they weren't a live site I duly paid the difference because of the quick phone call the next day nathan was very good at taking my booking and sending my confirmation email the only down side I emailed nathan at holiday gems on a other matter about the holiday but got no reply 😢 but on the whole so far do good

We had no problems with our flights everything went smoothly, the hotel was in a great location in the old town, The views from the restaurant were amazing but the restaurant was a bit expensive for meals due to its absolutely wonderful setting, the rooms were not the best although adequate and basic in decor, all that aside we would stay here again

I booked this on 3/6/22 with no problem and a good price.On 1/7/22 I get an email that says my balance is overdue and they had contacted me several times about this which was untrue as I had only had the confirmation email so I paid £105 which they said I had to pay.When I checked my bank on 30/06/22 they had been paid £305 I didn't request this so I have paid my holiday in full in the space of a month!

After our holiday got cancelled with loveholidays after a 4 hour delay with Wizz Martin at Holiday Gems helped us rebook our holiday with easy jet. Very happy thanks

Worst company for being able to contact. Phones never answered and the documents are not able to download.

We note that our staff have been in contact and advised that your screenshots show that you have been emailing a no-reply address hence why you have had no response. Our phone lines have been operational and we are unsure why you have had difficulty. Your ticket documents were sent out 07/06/22 (the day of booking) at 15.23 and have been resent by our Customer Service team. Please check your spam folder for any ffilters
