“Nathan followed up my booking and asked if I needed any help to finalise it, which I thought was very kind. He was friendly and explained the deal that we found. He was even able to upgrade our checked in luggage. Thank you Nathan”

“Was told I'd be getting a phone call about 10 minutes after are call was to end to let me know my holiday had been finalised and if I was getting an upgrade as the room I had booked had to be cancelled and I was to pay another £19 towards another room,I never got the return call and I don't know if I got an upgrade,but the man I spoke to was very pleasant.”

“the worst office in which I bought a vacation The agent called me on the first day as long as he did not pick him up and then he can not be called no one answers nor replies to the e-mail no travel documents have been sent, it is not written, he has no access to your reservation 1 day before the trip ń8comu I do not recommend this office”

Our after sales staff have endeavoured to reach you by telephone but unable to resolve the issue. All travel documents are sent to the email address in the booking and we can find no issue with the process. Please check your spam/junk folder for any filters.

“Hotel I wanted, weeks I wanted, flights ok, transfer easily booked & luggage costs less than other sites I’ve tried. My only issue is that they phoned me following my online booking, to say that the room I wanted had sold out at the price quoted online so there was a small additional charge. It was only about £10 per guest so I paid it but it’s disappointing when that kind of thing happens. Despite this everything about booking has been straight forward & efficient. Will review again after my holiday.”

“Richard was very helpful and helped me out with a payment plan that I couldn’t get up online he was always on the other end of the phone for an queries and was calling me to make sure everything was as it should be and answering all my questions all in all. Was a very helpful staff member”

“Excellent customer service provided by Geraldine which she was very helpful with the process of booking our holiday to Ibiza. Therefore the hotel got fully booked when proceeding to the final stage of booking and then she found another hotel which was in a better location. Definitely book with holiday gem in the future”
