“I found Holiday Gems site interesting full of offers and user friendly. I managed to book a holiday for 2023 to Canada (Niagara Falls) flights and Hotel Accomodation in a large room B&B at a reasonable price with direct flights from Manchester UK 👍. I did receive a phone call within 24 hours as there was a slight change to the hotel room, this was handled in a friendly professional manner and was succesfully dealt with. The only drawback I found was that it was marketed stating to pay approx a third deposit to secure the holiday and as soon as I promptly received a confirmation email the full balance was due straight away which surprised me for a holiday due in another 8/9 months time 🤨! I have raised this as a query and the extra £4-£5 processing fee which was added to the balance when I came to pay online (which was not stated previously), as yet I have not received a reply 👎. I have paid the full balance and have again promptly received my confirmation email stating my balance is paid in full👍. Just a pity that I have not received a prompt reply to my enquiry👎. It is my first time as a customer of Holiday Gem and 🤞 it will ultimately be successful as I'm looking to book further holidays through them.”

“Hi everything was really quick and simple to understand using the website, shortly after booking a member of holidaygems (Nathan) called me and noticed i wasnt getting the best offer possible and allowed me to alter my offer to the best one and saved me quite alot of money. Surely be using this site to book again in the future.”

“Would never use them again! My flights were changed without me knowing, then they kept making mistakes with my transfer pick-up times, I called them 4 times to tell them it was incorrect. In the end I called the transfer suppliers directly to sort it out!”

“We were having an awful time as Wizz air had over booked the flight and we were denied boarding. With no other flight to our destination that day we had to find a completely new holiday destination and package flying out that day. We called holiday gems and spoke to Martin who was brilliant and helped us book a holiday leaving in the next few hours. He even called a couple of times to make sure we had hit the covid test we needed and made the check in and we’re in our way. Very grateful to Martin for all his help, he was the kindness we needed on such a stressful and upsetting day.”

“I was a little concerned that Holiday gems rang me less than 1 hour after paying for the Holiday in one payment, asking for another £48 over what the price was displayed on their web site, but other than that it was an easy procedure”
