“Hi everything was really quick and simple to understand using the website, shortly after booking a member of holidaygems (Nathan) called me and noticed i wasnt getting the best offer possible and allowed me to alter my offer to the best one and saved me quite alot of money. Surely be using this site to book again in the future.”

“Would never use them again! My flights were changed without me knowing, then they kept making mistakes with my transfer pick-up times, I called them 4 times to tell them it was incorrect. In the end I called the transfer suppliers directly to sort it out!”

“We were having an awful time as Wizz air had over booked the flight and we were denied boarding. With no other flight to our destination that day we had to find a completely new holiday destination and package flying out that day. We called holiday gems and spoke to Martin who was brilliant and helped us book a holiday leaving in the next few hours. He even called a couple of times to make sure we had hit the covid test we needed and made the check in and we’re in our way. Very grateful to Martin for all his help, he was the kindness we needed on such a stressful and upsetting day.”

“I was a little concerned that Holiday gems rang me less than 1 hour after paying for the Holiday in one payment, asking for another £48 over what the price was displayed on their web site, but other than that it was an easy procedure”

“I’m very disappointed I have paid for 23kg cabin bag but on my easyJet confirmation is showing that I only have under seat bags 😔 Had phone call from Stuart today, who very clearly explained all to me. It was miss understanding and a bit of lack of information. Everything is sorted now and I’m happy. Thank you so much Stuart.”

“Had a great holiday this year that was booked through yourself and have come home to book again with yourself to the same hotel just a different time of year. NATHAN PHINE AFTER I BOOKED THIS HOLIDAY TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS CORRECT. I ASKED ABOUT OUR BAGGAGE GOING OUT AND HE LOOKED AND EXPLAINED WHAT I HAD GOT, WHICH WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED. HE ALSO SAD HE HAD UP GRADED OUR LIMIT WITH THE INCOMING AIRLINE SO IT MATCHED THE OUT GOING AIRLANE. WHAT A POLITE AND FRIENDLY GUY HE WAS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMED HIM TO ANY OTHER PERSON WHO NEEDED HELP.”
