What can I say! We had the most fantastic holiday booked through holiday gems. Service by martin K was personalised so he checked our room would be available and flights etc. Wont be going with any other agent in the future!!!

The lady I dealt with was Geraldine, she was very helpful and professional. She even went above and beyond to let me know all about the hotel facilities and covid restrictions because I haven’t been jabbed. I feel soo happy and very excited for my holiday with my boys and my Missis. I can’t wait to see there smiling faces. Thanks for everything you’ve done for my family Geraldine x

Booking easy on the website but disappointed when Richard contacted us to say the holiday was dearer than advertised so had to pay extra as I had already paid the full amount as requested .

Good service. Had a call from Nathan the following day to advise that the booked accommodation was not available. A little disappointed but these things can happen.

I was a bit worried about sending an online form to request to amend our holiday, but I needn’t have been. Finn, who then contacted us, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help. It is really refreshing to receive such amazing customer service and I’m really grateful for her help. Thank you!

Recently booked holiday to Cyprus, procedure was very easy! Liked the fact that all extras came up visible and booked Seats on Aircraft with ease. Would definitely use again

I book my holiday online Sunday evening & paid in full , I never received confirmation but I did receive a phone call the next day explaining to me that I couldn’t have it at the price I was offered so had to pay an xtra £65 which I did pay as I didn’t want any hassle , i then received another call 10 minutes later to say the flights had gone up £70 per person so would need to pay 140 which I refused, I was then told I would have to go on an earlier flight of 7am which I told them I didn’t want otherwise I would just cancel my holiday , the guy seemed annoyed with me but told me ‘I’ll sort it ‘ I then received confirmation of my holiday within minutes. My 5 night holiday was correct but my return flight was booked for Friday instead of the Wednesday which I had already paid for, I made a phone call to let them know what had happened and was told someone would call me back which they never did .the next morning I received an email saying I owed £85 so I rang first thing in the morning when they was open and a lovely lady called Debbie rectified my holiday for me , she was an absolute god send .

Booked a holiday to benidorm. Was easy to use website, I had a bit of a problem which was my fault, emailed customer service who got back to me promptly and sorted the problem out
