“The travel industry has become so busy that I was struggling to book a holiday in line. I called Gems travel and was lucky to speak to David who arranged and booked the holiday for me, thus relieving me from all the stress that I usually go through when booking myself. “We were really satisfied with the service we got today from booking our holiday with Holiday Gems. Nathan was our advisor and he was very pleasent, he listened to our needs for a larger group, he worked hard to find us a good deal, for the hotel we were hoping for. “I booked online, and was told I would receive a call within 72 hours. I was called back within half an hour. Stuart was really helpful and explained that the pricing could change because of live pricing. Was a little shocked at first how much it suddenly went up, but in the end, he explained the reasons. All in all I managed to get the holiday we wanted. Many thanks David”
