“Hunting around for a holiday to Riviera Maya and other providers were not guaranteeing our hotel on the resort. Rang Holiday Gems and spoke with Nathan B who was really helpful made some phone calls and secured our booking in under an hour! Fairly priced and a holiday booked to Mexico by 11am on a Monday morning was a great start to the week. So far it has been great and would definitely use them again. Thanks again Nathan for your help and support and making this completely stress free!”

“Our advisor Geraldine was extremely helpful with our booking as we were needing to speak to someone due to website issues with Ryan Air. I cannot stress enough how helpful it was to speak to such and amazing advisor as Geraldine! She was friendly, personable, gave some insight into the island and the hotel and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. It’s a big expense as a family of four to book all inclusive and it Geraldine made sure that we had made the right decision. A real personal touch from a real personable person in this digital age was perfect.”
