“Initially Booking a holiday was so easy, but try request help to add another passenger to our booking! Room can accommodate 2! Just need to enquire to hotel for cost n booked flight n transfer! 1st sales person had to contact us, he’d got outbound: Manchester to cyprus..inbound cyprus to Gatwick London! The lovely Lady who addressed our concerns..rectified it instantly”

“The travel industry has become so busy that I was struggling to book a holiday in line. I called Gems travel and was lucky to speak to David who arranged and booked the holiday for me, thus relieving me from all the stress that I usually go through when booking myself. “I was a bit disappointed with booking a holiday online to be told my price would be more once holiday gem contacted me. I thought this was misleading, specially when payment details are requested. However martin was exceptionally professional and guided me through my booking. In the end it was all sorted. Looking forward to my holiday.”

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. Thank you for proceeding with the booking and for your positive comments regarding our agent. We know that Martin will appreciate the time you have taken to post the review.
