“Richard P dealt with my booking and answered my many questions patiently and informatively where he could, where he did not know the answer he went and found out or was able to point me in the right direction. He dealt with the booking efficiently and quickly ensuring that the details taken down were correct and I felt confident to book my holiday to Turkey with him.”

“Having had some problems using the website (my laptop was on a go slow), I called holidaygems which closes at 9.30 pm and although it was nearly that time Finn answered. She was great friendly but professional and within 10 minutes I had booked a holiday with her. She talked me through the whole process answered all my questions and explained what would happen next. She was extremely patient when i was having trouble entering my card details - I was excited having booked my holiday from my local airport at a great price. Within 10 minutes of ending my call, all relevant paperwork was emailed through to me together with an assurance that Finn was at the end if a phone or email should I have any questions at all. Thank you Finn and thank you Holidaygems.”

“I have just booked my second holiday with HolidayGems excellent company and very approachable. The first holiday was to feutuventura i travelled alone erything was spot on . The second holiday in two weeks will be to Cyprus with my daughter and 3 grandchildren really looking forward to the same excellent service.”

“I have booked the trip to Dubrovnik with this company, soon I have received a phone call from Martin. He was very helpful to secure the reservation. He also gave good suggestions regarding the luggages for the trip. I was very pleased. He was very friendly, cheerful. All this in my opinion was very important to customers like myself. Im overall was very pleased to chose this company to book this trip with.”

“Never used Holiday Gems before so I was a bit apprehensive, after speaking to Nathan in the morning he sorted our holiday to New York , we spoke to another travel agent the day before and they were ringing back on the day I phoned Holiday Gems , but after what Nathan did for us from start to finish we booked with Holiday Gems , he was so helpful from sorting flights to going through hotels , he is credit to this company. Thank you so much”

“I found the site very easy to manage but I'm hopeless with tech, so I rang. The young man Nathan who answered was marvelous. Polite, charming and had easy answers to all my questions. He really seemed to know his onions. All said and done I couldn't be happier with the prices and service I have received from HolidayGems. Thank You Nathen for making so easy.”
