“Not off to a great start my transfer didn’t arrive so it cost me 40 euros in a taxi to hotel just hope he arrives to take me back. Hotel was a complete joke old and run down reception completely useless if it hadn’t been for the staff and the pools I would have came home the next day. After the cock up with the transfer from airport to hotel when it didn’t arrive I made sure I rang DT Transfer to make sure the booking was correct I was assured I would be picked up at 06.20 Sunday. Set my alarm for 05.20 so could freshen up and be ready imagine my frustration when reception phoned at 05.00 telling me if I didn’t come straight away the transfer coach was leaving. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ever use HolidayGems for your holiday. I took this short break for mental health reason I’m feeling worse today travelling back than before I went. Jokers”

“Although not had our Holiday yet so a bit early to judge whole experience but was not very happy Bout booking on line then within 1 hour having a phone call saying they will have to increase price by nearly £100 because of problem with a supplier so I was going to cancel then asked his manager who reduced to £50 so I begrudgingly said yes to continue, and the tickets and hotel and everything were sent with an hour on line but will have to see how the holiday goes on !”

“I was a bit apprehensive in booking with HolidayGems, but once I spoke to Geraldine who put my mind at rest, she got me the holiday I wanted at a good price. Had confirmation in 10 minutes. Only one thing they could do better -:the reason I was a little apprehensive was they do not put the price of hold luggage, this definitely puts people off, they wouldn’t loose customers I very sure they would gain, showing the final price thanks Geraldine”

“At the moment I cannot comment as I waiting a reply back from your team as I did not agree how the app did not say to put your Maiden names on the app as they are on the passports they only asked you to put your first name and your surname I think you shouldn’t need to change this at your end”

“Answered quickly and spoke professionally throughout. Extremely helpful in regards to my last minute (LITERALLY) holiday. Found best prices, and was better than what I found myself at other holidays sites also. Pleasure doing business and will be using as my main holiday go to from now on.”
