I was charged £20 per person on top of the agreed amount, the agent took £30 off but I don’t believe he was doing me any favours but this was what he made out what he was doing. The group I booked with was not charged anymore that the agreed amount. Also after looking at easyJets website I see that this company is changing triple the amount for luggage, shameful! I will not book through you again

This appears to be an online order and the website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. Thank you for proceeding with the booking. We can find no evidence of inflated baggage costs. Please note that the Easyjet website quotes baggage costs on a one-way basis only and costs increase dependant on the destination. We are sure that if you check this again you will find that the costs quoted are in line with those of the airline.

Wasn’t told about a £200 euro deposit for hotel , not over the phone or on any paper work sent , also told no transfer was possible , asked if there was any alternative was told no . Not happy , will not be recommending you or will I ever use you again

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a transfer booking less than 3 days prior to departure and as your booking was made within 24 hours we could not confirm this service for you. We do apologise if the deposit details were not advised at the time of booking although it is our understanding that this payment is not taken but pre-authorised only and only debited if necessary on departure. We do hope that despite the issue raised you were able to enjoy your holiday.

Amazing customer service. Spoke to Martin and Darren who were just fantastic. Nothing too much trouble! I work in customer service too and this level of service is hard to come by these day!!

Booked for the first time recently and will definitely be using again. Easy straightforward process. Great communication via email. Very friendly and helpful staff when I phoned regarding a change to name on tickets. Good service, professionals and friendly

A disappointing phone call to say that the holiday I had booked online was actually booked up and but they could give it to me for another £45 per person - however, no incentives were given. Might as well have booked with another provider and got some extras (ie free priority boarding) for this now increased price.

Excellent customer service! By FINN_ very friendly to talk to, and didn’t hesitate in answering any questions I had! She continuously ensured me and took care of any enquires I had while booking. Thanks to here I finally booked my holiday. I definitely recommend using this website

The person I dealt with, Lily Sakar, was extremely helpful. She got me a holiday at the price I’d hoped for. I could not find fault with her. My only problem is with the company, Holiday Gems - the price shown on the internet is not the price you pay, that price is without hold luggage.. I would rather deal with a company that shows an honest price.

Booked an all inclusive holiday on, this is the first time I’ve ever actually done this. It was easy and quite straight forward. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that the room I booked, at the rate shown, wasn’t available. I had to then pay an extra £70 to keep the room I wanted. But, Geraldine helped get it changed easily and quickly and also put us down to the hotel as VIPs. So maybe we end up with an even better room!
