“Spoke to a very friendly, helpful man called Richard on the telephone today. He helped me complete my booking and answered all my questions and queries regarding my holiday. He was very jolly and nothing seemed too much bother for him when I was asking loads of questions! Thank you Richard 😃 will definitely be using holidaygems again.”

“Easy to use website, great prices and a wide variety of accommodation to choose from. The communication has so far been excellent and would definitely use HolidayGems again. All documents recieved within 24 hours. Very impressed.”

“We have used HolidayGems for over 12 years. There has never been a problem that could'nt be sorted out . Very easy to book with and would reccomend them to all our friends and family.”

“Most of my booking are via Holiday Gems and Nathan was right on my case this morning following up from yesterday. So far we have never been et down by HG on customer service or on price. That later is of course changeable as I will go for the cheapest! Anyway I just want to send a massive thank you to you both. Nathan and Jackie last night. It was late and the end of a v long day. Thank you 🙏 See you in Letoonia!”
