“I stupidly booked the wrong month for my holiday to Benidorm online . I called HolidayGems in a total panic when I realised my mistake as I had paid full amount. I was lucky enough to be put through to Martin who went above and beyond to help me . He made me a priority and worked hard to fix the issue and find me a new holiday on the correct date I should have booked in the first place . He patiently went through all different options with me on phone to help me rectify the situation ..outcome is I can now breath a sigh of relief and have a fab place to stay on the correct date and right on the beach centrally located . Over the moon . Thankyou Martin , you’re a life saver . Excellent customer service and sooo much appreciated .”
