“We had visited several DIY stores locally before we found a wallpaper we loved. When we returned to buy it they didn't have it in stock and didn't offer to order it in. Frustrated I tried online and to my relief found you sold it! I placed an order and saved money to boot. I was kept advised of delivery plans. Excellent service, thanks.”

“I found the web site very easy to use and the choices of wallpaper extensive. When there were not enough rolls of the first paper I chose the Customer Service Dept was very helpful and organised a refund straight away. My second choice paper arrived within a couple of days after reordering and I am very pleased with it.”

“Home Flair Decor made things easy by texting a time on the day of delivery and my purchase arrived on time on the expected date. The wallpaper, which was exceptionally good value, exceeded expectations and looks beautiful in my home. Thank you HFD.”

“I ordered wallpaper to match two rolls I had at home but didn't see the box where I could specify a batch number, although I know now its on checkout. Would be great to have it on the page where you choose the wallpaper itself. Product was well packaged and delivered, and love the wallpaper.”

We also have a order comments box within the checkout process with the heading of “If you have any comments for us or batch requests regarding this order please enter them below” which can be used if you have any special requests. If you would like to order additional rolls to complete your decorating please contact us prior to ordering where we will be happy to check any batch requests, alternatively you may return your order as you are still within the returns timeframe. “I was very impressed with the courteous service I received. I found Home Flair to be more than helpful with regard to batch codes etc. Once everything was ordered it was delivered very soon afterwards. I have recommended Home Flair to a friend of mine already. A very fair price for the exact paper you pay so much for!!”

“We bought nine rolls of "paste the wall" scrubbable wallpaper for our hall, stairs and landing. It was under half price and well worth the 75p to obtain an A4 size specimen. We ordered the paper on Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday. All of the batch numbers match, the spare capacity within the box was packed with scrunched up wallpaper to protect the rolls and, all I n all, we are delighted with the service we have received and the quality of the goods delivered. Thank you.”
