“Good enough service, wallpaper arrived within about 4 days. Samples could be a bit bigger but the order turned up exactly when the email said it would. I ordered a Julian MacDonald style & this site was the cheapest I found so really pleased!!”

“Fantastic!!! I firstly ordered samples, they came very quickly! I have now made my selection. I rang to put my order through, the lady on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to the wallpaper going up. Thank you Home Flair Decor :)”

“I had bought wallpaper for my lounge a few years ago from Flair. We recently had a new fire fitted and had to remove the wallpaper. I went on the website and chose what I thought was the same wallpaper but on closer inspection found it was wtong. I then spotted a HISTORY tab and was so impressed to see my previous order and roll number. I could then safely order, knowing it would be the same. I placed my order and received the wallpaper within 4 days. Very impressed”

Thank you for the great feedback via email too: I would just like to thank the very kind gentleman who took my order late on Tuesday afternoon. He said the next day delivery would mean the border paper would arrive on Thursday because it was too late for it to get in the post that evening. I had replied that I hoped so as my decorator was finishing on Thursday. He must have run straight out and posted it, because it arrived yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon! I am extremely grateful and would like to thank him for being so considerate and helping me out of a pickle (the previous border that we'd ordered from another place proved to be unsuitable and it had left us with a problem). Thank you SO much. In future, for any decorating materials, we will look to your company first.

“Website was very clear and easy to use with lots choice. Found something I really like so will be ordering the paper soon. Ordered samples on a Monday evening and they arrived Wednesday morning, can't get much better than that!”

“Fabulous range of wallpaper. We have recently just refurbished most of our ground floor, which impacted the hallway. So, we had to find the same wallpaper we'd used a few years ago! Finding the paper with Home Flair was easy, identifying the right shade via iPad was a bit more difficult, but fortunately Home Flair provide a sample service. Samples followed in the post in a couple of days and we ordered the right shade of rolls immediately. Superb! I wish I could say the same for delivery, but it took almost a week for the wallpaper to arrive and at £5 for delivery this was a little disappointing. Nevertheless, the paper is being hung right now and looks great!”

“Ordered wallpaper by phone,the person who took the call was very helpful.I got the standard delivery and was kept up to date with my order.They told me the day it was coming and they even gave me a time slot on the day.I would recommend home flair decor Rob,Liverpool.”
