“My daughter chose the wallpaper she wanted from her bedroom from another shop but they didn't have enough rolls. A quick search and I found the same paper at the same price from Home Flair Décor. I first ordered a sample to double check it was the same, this arrived very quickly. I then placed the full order which was delivered to my work address by UPS very quickly. Communication and updates were great so I knew when the order had been despatched, and was due to be delivered. I was also provided with a UPS tracking number so I could track on the day. Paper not up yet but overall very pleased with purchase.”

“I bought wallpaper for 2 different rooms both were excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I ran out of one of the papers I telephoned and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and made sure I got what I needed.”

“Your rep was very helpful and you were flexible with delivery arrangements. You kept me informed of order status and delivery was on time. Unlikely to recommend to a friend as your delivery arrangements to the Isle of Wight (where I live) are far too expensive. I was only able to use your services as I had a mainland address.”

We offer a flat rate delivery service to most UK mainland addresses, the couriers we use apply a surcharge to Highlands and Islands and certain other UK postcodes as they deem them remote or extended to deliver too. As our wallpaper prices and accessories are so keen, reluctantly, this charge must be passed on. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

“Delivery was really quick, and the wallpaper which I bought is even better than what it looks like on the picture online! I have already recommended Home Flair to my friend whom is decorating her room! Top quality and really good prices, I would definitely recommend anyone to shop with Home Flair!”

“Trouble free ordering,but ,delivery was dissapointing,which was not the fault of your company. A young lady contacted me to explain the delay and appologiesed time and time again even though it was not your fault. When the paper arrived,I forgot the delivery hassle because the paper is lovely The colour was as hoped it would be,can't wait to see it up on the wall . I will certainly buy from you again.
