“placed order on 6th July money taken straight out of my account then informed 12 days later that its no in stock ...not very good service wont be ordering from here again ..”

“I don't think I would get better customer service anywhere! So polite and informative on the phone. Wallpaper as described and looks like image. When arrived securely packed and on time. 5 stars from me!! Well done and thank you Home Flair Decor :)”

“Very good service, and extremely good price for the wallpaper we wanted. Our wallpaper (9 rolls for a hall stairs and landing) arrived in perfect condition with all batch numbers matching as requested, and exactly when stated. Very pleased would not hesitate to use this service again!”

“i am very please with home flair . they made my purchasing experience very smooth and my goods were packaged well so i received them in good condition . all my correspondence were dealt with promptly and politely . i would definitely recommend to any one . i like it that i have found a company that can deal with my requirements even tho i am in Australia. thank you briony Wilson”

“We are overall very impressed with the efficiency and service we received from Homeflair and would definitely use this company and its services again and have no trouble in recommending it to anyone. The website was very good, very easy to use with lots of choices and a big selection to choose from. We wanted something that would catch the light and found a gorgeous sparkley paper which is just what we wanted. Once we had ordered, we were kept informed by e-mail every stage of the way, from when the wallpaper was dispatched, being shipped and when exactly it would arrive with an hour time scale. The driver even rang and let us know that he would be there in 15 mins and he was. We had ordered 17 rolls and these were in two very well packed boxes and were intact when they arrived. Well done Homeflair :-) Mrs V Stone.”

“Excellent product that was easy to hang and looks good - if anyone thinking of purchasing it make sure the wall underneath is white otherwise colour will show through, especially if the joins aren't exactly right. Product arrived in good time and well packaged. The delivery service was excellent. The ability to know when the parcel was about to arrive (within about 15 mins) was helpful. Geoff the driver arrived with a beaming smile on a very wet day - very cheering. Would definitely recommend this company - good experience from beginning to end.”
