“So the wallpaper I ordered looked NOtHiNG like he picture online, it was all glittery and way too bling. I didn't even open tahe package as I could see through the plastic. So to send three rolls back 2nd class it was SIXTEEN pounds because you have no real returns policy. In this day and age that is just ridiculous- terrible customer experience and I will NEVER use you again, sorry!”

Thank you for your feedback, we are always trying to improve our photography and give accurate descriptions of the products we sell. The item you have purchased is described as containing glitter in the product name “Glitz Glitter Cream/Taupe Wallpaper” and in the description “added golden glitter elements give this stripe the X factor”. We do accept returns, the price you have paid for return postage confirms the costs of delivery are often subsidised by suppliers like ourselves. We would advise you look for a delivery price comparison site to find the most economical method of returning. “Great service, placed order then realised I'd been charged £12.50 for delivery to an AB41 post code, telephoned customer services who refunded £7.50 so I was just charged for standard delivery. In future I'd phone before placing order to request discount code for the standard delivery charge. My wallpaper arrived quickly and in excellent condition via DPD who text with an hours delivery slot. Would definitely use again.”

“Ordered wallpaper Wednsday Evening e mailed Monday to ask if it had been dispatched was told would receive it Tues Morning got e mail in the afternoon telling me it would be Tuesday 17-16 hundred I had taken Monday and Tuesday off work had to be back to work Wednsday now have to wait for a couple of weeks till I get time off to do decorating MonaMills”

Your order was received at 20:27 and begun to be processed the following working day. This was picked, packed, shipped and received on the 4th working day following your order (weekends are not yet classed as business days). Delivery hour estimates are provided by the courier with deliveries taking place from 08:00 to 19:00, we have no control over this time with our standard service.
