“I ordered several wallpaper samples & they arrive the next day or the following day. I have since ordered 2 lots of wallpaper & have just been informed that they have been shipped. The web site is very easy and clear to use.”

“I have rated very good because although the wrong wallpaper was sent out to me home flair were extremely helpful and apologetic and the correct paper was sent out to me straight away. The wallpaper is of top class quality and am very pleased with it all, thank you Home Flair.”

“I was delighted to find the wallpaper that I had been told was discontinued. Ordering was easy especially as I was able to speak to a human being when necessary. I was kept informed of delivery status and it arrived as stated. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.”

“I was very happy with the service received. I did not give 5 stars as the amount of stock on their website was incorrect so they did not have the amount i ordered available. However, they did have enough for me to complete the job and they gave me an opened roll for free to make up for this which I was very pleased with. The product itself is beautiful and I am delighted with it. Thank you.”

“I had searched everywhere for my wallpaper, managed to find it on one other site but quite expensive so Google it and found it much cheaper on HomeFlair and delivery service quick too, definitely recommend and shop here again. :-)”

“I placed an order on the afternoon of Wednesday 31st August and paid £5 extra for Next Day Express Delivery. I wasn't happy about having to pay £12.50 delivery for a PH16 postcode but decided that I'd pay this and the extra £5 so that I would have the wallpaper for Friday at the latest. I was surprised to get an email on Wednesday night to say that my delivery would be on Monday 5th September. I emailed Home Flair straight away to say that if I wasn't getting delivery of the wallpaper until the Monday then I wanted to cancel the order. I did not get a reply. I have paid nearly £20 for a delivery that is going to take 5 days to arrive.”
