“The samples I requested came quickly and were a good size. All the wallpapers seemed good quality and the one I want is among them so I will be ordering a number of rolls soon.”

“the service and quality were fantastic but i have just looked up the returns policy as i have one spare roll and found out that as well as paying return postage which i did expect, there will also be a 25% charge for reshelving, i have never heard of this before and think it is disgusting.”

“I was delighted to find Home Flair Decor's wide range of beautiful wallpaper borders and ordered a couple of samples. The one I chose is exactly as it appeared in the picture - a close match in colour and a stunning design. And the order arrived within three days. I couldn't be happier!”

“Great selection of wallpapers, sample ordering services which quite rightly you have to pay for - although I would like to se sample price refunded if you buy. Delivery quicker than expected & well packaged. Overall, great range, quality & service.”

Our keen prices across the website mean that any extra services such as the sample service need to be chargeable. Any subsidisation would need a roll price increase, we feel that the sample charge is the fairest way to keep both roll prices and sample charges to a minimum.

“Bought the Graham & Brown, "Grey & White" Stripe wallpaper with "Glitter" we bought it Blind ,on the Internet from Flair Deco , it was a speedy delivery the stall were very helpful, my husband who is a decorator by trade couldn't get over the Qualityof the paper for the price !! We're really very happy with it , & would Definitely buy from them again”

“I was delighted to find the wallpaper I was looking for and a bonus it was in the sale. My only advice for the company would be to communicate more with the customer as I only received the minimum contact regarding my order . This did worry me as a first time user of the company .”

“Happy with the wallpaper sample I received. A bit disappointed that there was no discount offered if I went ahead to buy the wallpaper or the money back for the sample off the wallpaper order.”
