“Absolutely terrible service. Had to give it one star to be able to post the review otherwise it would be zero. They gave an undertaking to deliver next day if ordered by 1, a week later still nothing despite promise after promise of delivery times. A complete waste of time. Don't use this terrible company !”

We are really sorry that your order took so long to arrive, we really appreciate your patience during the time taken to get your order to you. Our couriers had been under severe strain at this particular time and out of the hundreds of parcels we shipped that week just two took such an extended time to deliver.

“What a star firm. Contacted them for the first time in the middle of lockdown on the chance they might be able to help. Couldn’t ask for more. They not only were willing to supply and despatch but they even managed to match a batch number bought from Wolves firm. The items arrived as scheduled securely packaged. Thank you for being so very helpful. I will use you again shortly to finish my sun lounge decorating. Thank you. S Shepherd Wolves”

“Very good service, contacted me when they couldn't fulfill my order due to stock. We discussed options and came to a resolve. . . Very good 1 to 1 customer service. Delivery was prompt. . .even in these difficult times!! It was nice to be treated as a customer and not a number Thank you very much”
