“We got the delivery speedily but found the product not fit for purpose - it became extremely fragile when pasted and ripped as soon as you tried to move it slightly to match up the pattern. We accept these things happen but we’re very disappointed in the response from the company, questioning the competence of someone who has been hanging wallpaper for over 40 years rather that accepting any liability”

Wallpaper is at its most fragile once adhesive has soaked into it, this will affect the strength of the natural fibres within the substrate and increase the difficulty in hanging certain products. Mixed media wallcoverings need to be treated with care and will not allow themselves to be overworked by the hanger. We are sorry you are not happy with your husbands hanging results, however this would be misuse not a fault. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.
