“I would never buy from this company again. They are mean. I bought two rolls of wallpaper which I needed to return during December. I first contacted them about the return within their 28 day returns policy window, received an automated reply and was waiting for a further communication from them (as I sent a follow up email), only to be told that all the information I needed about my return was on that automated reply and I was now out of time to receive a return. I am flabbergasted by this customer service. It is clear from the communications with them that I was firstly in time to request the return but was also waiting from them but no, they refuse to accept the return. This company is inflexible and simply unkind. Astonishing behaviour, I would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN no matter how nice the wallpaper, you will find it elsewhere with much better customer service. Buyer Beware!”

Our returns policy can be found on our FAQ pages & T&C’s prior to ordering and on our order confirmation email and packing note post ordering, we are unable to discriminate our other customers whom have returned items in accordance with our policy or been denied. No additional information was needed that couldn't be found within the above resources or the automated reply to your first email of the 27/12/2018. We are sorry to read that your purchase from 3/12/2018 will be the last purchase from us.

“I struggled to get all the wallpaper I needed in my local store but sourced it on Home Flair. Not only was it cheaper but they had it all in stock. Excellent service - ordered on Saturday and it was delivered on Wednesday bearing in mind that they are closed at the weekend. Would defintately recommend”

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. We are sorry we were unable to fulfill your order. We previously had an order for 5 rolls and as we only had 4 available we felt it right to offer that customer first refusal on our last rolls. When your order came through we were awaiting a reply and ultimately had to cancel your order. We try to maintain accurate stock information on the website but due to this crossover no amendments were made. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

“Excellent customer service! I ordered my wallpaper back in October and didn't order enough! after a panic email and telephone call to see if I could still get the same batch number it was very speedily resolved with next day delivery too! My new living room looks absolutely stunning with the Tiffany Pearl Cream/Champagne wall covering an I am soooo happy! Thank you all at Home Flair Decor for your help.”
