“Service and product very good.Unfortunately let down by DPD.Paid extra for Sunday delivery but no sign of order.No time slot given.Checked tracking and it said parcel would be delivered on the Monday as requested??Again no time slot given but luckily was in when it arrived.Very poor.”

“I phoned up to enquire about a specific wallpaper and the guy on the phone knew exactly which wallpaper I was on about. Ordered the wallpaper on the Monday and it arrived on the Thursday. Very good customer service, very helpful in every way. Can’t wait for the decorator to get it done. Definitely use this Company again.”

“ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper. knew it would be hard to tell if the colour was true to picture .and it wasn't .so disappointed that the colour was way out. however quality of paper was good. on the negative side the delivery was not good. if you work full time not much good for those people like us as the delivery is made during the day and they won't leave it without a signature.. this was not stated in the postage details . if it had I wont of ordered from this company as we're never at home during the day. I had left a covering note on the door saying where to leave it and signed it. the lovely delivery people had to get in touch with the company twice to ask there permission to leave parcel where i'd asked for it to be left.also it said free delivery and when I got to check out it was £5 .would really like a refund and to return but think it will be too much hassle as it was getting it”

We offer a full sample service to check colour/tone & texture at home, with limitations in photography, compression and display technology it can be difficult to check colours on the computer. Alternate delivery address is an option in the checkout should you wish to have your order dispatched to a work address for example, we also have a comments box in the checkout should you wish to specify any delivery instructions. We do not offer a free delivery option, a flat rate delivery fee is the fairest way we see of charging this necessary charge. Our couriers do have to seek authorisation for a parcel to be left unsigned, which when asked we will authorise this - when left, a parcel will be classed as delivered and responsibility passed to the recipient for the articles safety. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

“Lovely item, disappointing that the 2 I ordered where left in the middle of my doorstep as I was at work, though it should have been left with neighbours or left somewhere discreetly”

“Bought wallpaper from these as they were the cheapest - found out why, every roll is upside down! Know this is probably not this company's fault but the original suppliers, unless they knew of this issue but didnt make customers away it was flawed. Only found this out when the decorator arrived, so now have to unroll each roll by hand, as dont have the time to wait to come to an agreement who is at fault. I would still recommend, as this might just be a one off, but is definately leaving a sour taste.”

With modern production methods patterns do not often come off the roll as they should be hung, it is always worth asking our advice/checking the website imagery if you are unsure of how a pattern should be hung. “I ordered some wallpaper but realised when it arrived that I had ordered the wrong colour. I spoke to a really nice gentleman on the phone to ask if I could return it and order the correct colour and he assured me that this wasn’t a problem at all. I re- ordered in the correct colour and am very pleased with it. Haven’t hung the wallpaper yet so cannot comment on the paper itself but the service I received was excellent. Thank you”
