We are thankful for your feedback, please can you advise what additional information you would would have liked as we will aim to improve on this going forward. We currently send out a “shipped” email notification when an order leaves our warehouse and the courier will then issue the email/SMS of a delivery slot once they have the days plan ready.

“The service was excellent. Order arrived promptly. Even making a return was easy when I had wallpaper left unused. The wallpaper looks fantastic. Would definitely use home flair again and would recommend to anyone.”
